Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to Canva, Teachers Pay Teachers, and Anthropic (Claude AI). Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Professor C’s Academy is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. We may use AI-powered tools to generate educational content. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content should be reviewed by educators before classroom use.
7. Purchases and Refunds
Purchases of digital resources are made through Teachers Pay Teachers and are subject to their refund policy. For services purchased directly through Professor C’s Academy, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds may not be available once a resource has been downloaded. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
