That is not a gap in the policy, it is the policy. The only thing bought and paid for on professorcacademy.com is a professional development course, and a course is delivered to your screen. Everything physical that this site recommends is sold and shipped by Amazon. How buying works sets out who takes the payment in each case.
Courses and digital material: delivered immediately, no shipping
When you enrol in a course, access opens as soon as the payment clears. There is no waiting, no dispatch, no tracking number and no delivery address to give. You reach the lessons by signing in and opening My Courses, and a confirmation email goes to the address you used at checkout.
Delivery cost for anything digital on this site is zero, everywhere in the world. Certificates of completion are generated on this site and downloaded, not posted.
If a payment went through and access did not open, that is a fault, not a delivery time. Write to me through the contact page with the email address you paid with and I will fix it by hand.
Classroom equipment and the book: shipped by Amazon
Every item in the classroom and lab equipment guide, and the printed edition of The Price of Illiteracy, is an Amazon listing. The buttons open Amazon.com. Amazon takes the payment, Amazon or its seller packs and ships the item, and Amazon’s shipping terms, delivery estimates and postage costs are the ones that apply.
Because the sale happens on Amazon, this site never sees the order. No shipping address is collected here, no dispatch confirmation comes from here, and delivery dates and postage charges are whatever the Amazon listing shows you at the moment you check out. Those are affiliate links, which pay this site a commission at no extra cost to you; the affiliate disclosure has the detail.
Worksheets and unit bundles: downloaded from Teachers Pay Teachers
The lesson bundles and worksheets are sold in the Professor C Academy store on Teachers Pay Teachers. They are files, TpT delivers them for download as soon as you buy, and nothing is posted. Those links leave this site.
